The Guilty Gear series
Arc System Works released the first Guilty Gear game in 1998. Since then, the Japanese studio has developed several sequels, making an impact on the whole 2D fighting game genre. Guilty Gear Strive is the seventh installment in the main series.
Series reconstructed
Guilty Gear Strive continues the Guilty Gear Xrd plot and concludes the story of Sol Badguy and That Man. The gameplay is perfectly balanced to appeal to both newcomers to the series and long-time Guilty Gear fans. Besides updating most of the mechanics, Guilty Gear Strive features new ones, such as a wall break that allows transiting between stages during a battle.
